The order will be pending. I'm trying to get refund from PayPal.

Order keeps pending, customer support doesn't respond. Had to contact Paypal to get my money back. Looking at the most recent reviews it looks like this company isn't operational anymore, so please be aware!

We paid 40€ for the next month. Next day server is down. Support has been ignoring us for the fifth day. Caution! Scammers!

Bought a server keeps on being pending for days no answer to my ticket

1 advice: If you consider.... Just go with your other options!
The name of this company should be thatNO!

I even suspect this company is fradulous! I ordered and paid for a server a couple of days back and it is still pending in delivery, as is my ticket for that same matter and also no response to the chat or what so ever. "Our Team is off line... Zzz" at 12 noon, and never came online.....

Then they just dare to send me this invite to rate their service.... REALLY?!?!

HORRIBLE!!! please don't buy servers here i absolutely do NOT recommend it, the customer service is horrible!!! i am literally waiting for over 5 weeks for the most simple response and no one answers, i have tried to reach them via: phone , no one answers , email no one answers, support on website where they offer 24/7 support NO ANSWER, discord STILL NO ANSWER even when they are online, also because of them my minecraft server has been stuck for over 5 weeks, i cannot acces it and i dont have a backup , a lot of people are also waiting and leaving because of them... they also have THE NERVE to write ''éxperienced support on their website'', also the servers are runned on 1 processor

So please DON'T buy your servers here, i hope i have helped a couple people:)

They promise so many things, yet do not fulfil that promise.

As an administator I write this review:

- There is no 24/7 support, not even close more like 5 days between request
- They use a single processor for more servers, so even though you pay for a good processor you get in the end a terrible processor since there is no loadbalancing, the performance will change during the day.
- The server requires every 8 hours a restart since it get so slow you can't do anything

I'd recommend that you get your server anywere else than here.

Awfull hosting, to start off with the support. On the site stands the next: 24/7 support. This is not true, the fact they don't even react between 24 hours is just terrible. Server has some random freezes and let's the TPS drop tot like 14.0. Server has like 4200/7200MB with 6 players online on a i9 9900k with a good Timings and it still gives 14.0 TPS. Just don't buy here, it's not worth your money.

I liked techpanel, site etc. But the server itself was awful. I have a version with 6GB of ram and 9900k for minecraft, me and my friend have really high ping. Often server just freezes for a few seconds, sometimes it just crashes. If it will be the same, I will never buy hosting here again.

I have no idea how this hosting service has that many stars with the support and stability issues these guys have. Seeing they have only good reviews I highly suspect they are "removing" the bad ones.
I bought a 8gb ram i9 9900k but have had trouble with connecting to the server or staying connected. In the week I had the service their website had cloudflare issues throwing 522 errors and you weren't able to do anything for about 2 days (not even create support tickets).
The support is the absolute worst I have encountered during my lifetime in the sense that they don't respond at all or they give vague clueless answers once and then ghost you.

I cannot express this hard enough:
Stay. Away. From. This. Hosting. Company.

Have been using their hosting for a while now, the specs are really good for a extremely cheap price.

ThatNode provide powerful servers at unbeatable prices, couldn't fault them at all! The CEO's are friendly and helpful on their discord server when support is needed too which is always a bonus.

Extremely High End servers! Great support and some of the best pricing I've seen to this day! Would recommend to anyone. I've got MineCraft hosting and managed web hosting with them, never had a problem, support has been instant
