I had a very disappointing experience with Gal.com.
I had to follow up multiple times just to track my package, and even then, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. There was no proper communication regarding shipping updates, which made the whole process frustrating.
My order was delivered nearly a month late. I was told the delay was due to Ramadan, but after checking other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue and not a one-off situation.
If such long delays are expected, it should be clearly mentioned on the website so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.
Overall, very poor customer service and lack of transparency.
The dress was also not good. The fitting was bad.
I will not be ordering again.
