I used Thames Valley Roofers to carry out works including repairing my roof, fixing new slates and providing a new loft space with folding step ladder access. Most of the work was done satisfactorily. On completion I was provided with a guarantee valid for 10-years. However the step ladder installed for loft access is unsafe as the brackets securing the ladder have no retaining lock so creating unstable ladder. I raised this many times with respect to the guarantee (text messages record my request to fix/repair). The owner of the company viewed the ladder in person and agreed something needed to be done. I requested the step ladder issue be addressed over a period from September to December 2021. Initially, I was assured the work would be done when workers were back from holiday, then finally no response at all to my request either through texts or voice mail. They were not very respect to me and I feel staff can be more welcoming. The food can be improve too I hope. Should make the chicken more crispy and like other kfc but think things missing here. I hope this take on board and they make good improvement base on it
