Serious concerns about professionalism and management
My experience with ThaiLawOnline, managed by Sebastien Brousseau, raised serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and reliability.
When seeking assistance with an important legal or administrative matter, clients should reasonably expect clear communication, transparency and professional accountability. Unfortunately, my experience did not inspire that confidence.
The quality of communication and the lack of satisfactory explanations left me deeply disappointed. For a company presenting itself as a professional legal services provider, I expected a considerably higher standard.
I would strongly advise prospective clients to exercise caution, request clear written terms and verify precisely what services will be provided, by whom, and under what conditions before making any payment.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ThaiLawOnline.
