i don't receive parcels

i ordered 3 times but their J&T delivery service doesn't work. They just lie that i rejected the parcel and return it. I really disappointed and deleted the app.

orders shein are not delivered

orders are not delivered. The shipping company Flash express said to contact shein and get a refund. But you cannot contact shein. First order and nothing received. Shipping company J&T is also not delivering. I will never order anything anymore, and you should do the same. Totally unreliable!!

Wrong goods again sent and not as described!

Wrong colour sent and cannot upload to prove it, you do anything but deal with people no contact no live chat, I am sick of you sending out wrong goods and goods not as described! I ordered pink not blue and you sent me blue, slow postage too!

Beware this shopping site...

Where to begin with this online shop? For one, it is Chinese run, so it's about as safe as TikTok, Huawei, and other Chinese run companies, so beware.

Secondly, they pay people to give good reviews on junk products, so the glowing reviews you read on items that might appeal to you might not be so glowing when you receive them. You will also notice from the reviews that Shein offers points for the reviews you write, so you see people writing reviews asking you to like them so they will receive more points. They aren't honest at all, and neither is Shein.

Thirdly, their shipping is horrible. If you purchase breakable items, they are simply bubble wrapped and shipped in the same flimsy white bag as the other items you purchase. Absolutely no care is put into the shipping as this is the go-to packaging Shein uses. No matter how many times you receive your items broken and then you complain to Shein via chat or email and they refund you, stating that they will change their shipping methods, they still continue to send broken items and offer you refunds.

Fourth, absolutely no accountability is shown towards their shipping partners. They use J&T Express here in Thailand as their shipping method. My guess is because they are the absolute cheapest shipping company, and it shows. I was supposed to get my very last package on Monday and it showed that it was delivered. When I went to work that day and checked the security booth countertop, there was no package. The J&T Express driver sent it to the wrong address, even though the address was perfectly clear on the label and the address is a popular, well-known school here in Thailand.

So for the rest of the week, I tried hard to contact J&T, finally getting through to them via email. The last email I received was "Well, it looks like your package is lost. Kindly contact Shein about the matter." This was their reply, basically stating "We are too lazy to check where the package ended up."

I contacted Shein immediately on Tuesday and they issued a refund immediately. They never said they would be contacting the shipping company. They never said they would offer to help find my package so that it would be delivered. They simply said "Sorry your package was not delivered by the cheap, useless, horrible shipping company we use on retainer. Here's a refund."

So now, I have decided to completely close my account, only that is a bit difficult it seems. I get an email telling me to click the button at the bottom of the email to fully delete my account. When I do, it sends me back to Shein's page where it shows that I need to sign up or sign in. So I am happy that my account is closed... or is it? Just for giggles, I type in the th.shein.com address and it shows that my account is still very much active and NOT closed. So I go through the process AGAIN to delete my account. Same deal. Same email. Same webpage showing that I have to sign up or sign in, but, when I go to the site again, it shows my account is still active.

At this point, I threw up my hands in surrender. Any email I get from Shein will be turned over to spam and I will blacklist the website in my browser. Stay away from Shein. You may order from them and you may receive your items just fine, but as you continue to order from them, you will experience what I have experienced and you too will end up trying to delete your account as well and won't be able to.

Total fraud

Total fraud. They advertised pants as 100% linen. After I received them I noticed that they were not pure linen but a linen mix. I wrote a review about that which they deleted. At this point I was hoping that it would be a linen mix containing natural fibers such as cotton. A month later they updated the description to 20% linen 80% viscose. When I saw that I asked to return the pants but since it was past the 15 day return period they did not take them back they also lied that they never falsely advertised it and tried to gaslight me that I read it wrong. But I always read the material description since I am conscious about not wearing artificial fabrics. I contacted customer service 5 times and was dismissed each time. Avoid!
