Phoned about a power pack for my childs wheelchair so very heloful and informative rep arranged to come out and demonstrate product however on day it wasnt in stock so told me would phone asap and he did russ came out 2 days later and fitted power pack with full demo couldnt do enough for us so helpful and it works superb would highly reccommend this company and russ thank you

I bought a TGA Zest Plus last year because it offered a better ride than my Go Go Sport . However , I`ve since found that it lacks power and is only marginally better comfort that the Sport . Also , that I get a noticeable knocking sound when travelling over anything other that smooth pavement or tarmac and this I find most annoying . I assume this comes from the suspension springs . Overall not entirely happy with the Zest Plus .

Company service is not in question. The Maximo Plus which I have bought is very poor quality build and performance. Cheep plastic which marks easily. Arms wobble and don't feel secure. Completely lacking in power, struggling on slight inclines, and then cuts out. Constant rattling from underside when running and also when stored in car. Scooter does not feel secure, due to one central suspension spring, allowing scooter to lean badly when turning. Would NOT recommend this scooter.

The product was easy to purchase online. It was delivered by Charlotte on time and explained fully and cheerfully.

I have bought several products from TGA over the years and I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. They are very keen to make sure that I end up with the mobility product that I need. This time I got a Whill model F powerchair and it is just great. Funky design, well made and with be extremely useful for me.

Everything is handled superbly well by this company, from home demonstrations to ordering and home delivery of products. Thankyou Carl and Jo for all your help. Very professional, highly recommended

We had a great experience with TGA mobility. Charlotte came out to test drive scooters for my Dad and we found on that suited his needs. Once we had funding in place from Parkinson’s UK the delivery process with TGA was really quick and simple. I would definitely recommend them.

Really great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carl came out and showed us the product and talked us through some practicalities of use.

My father brought a TGA mobility scooter and it requires replacement front PCB board we have been waiting since the start of February for the part to arrive it’s now the end of April still no update when they will receive the part his mobility scooter has now not been working for 2 months shouldn’t sell mobility scooters if you cannot supply the parts

The man that delivered the item was very friendly and when it came to him explaining everything he did it very clearly and made sure I understood how to operate the scooter. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend TGA to anyone looking for a mobility scooter

From my initial phone call to the power pack installation we have been treated with respect professionalism and awareness of our needs we are very impressed by the service given. The power pack is exactly what was needed the explanation given was perfect not rushed but aware of our needs.

Moved up from an Eclipse to a TGA Maximo Plus. I love this scooter, the ride is smooth with all the handling of a smaller scooter. The only downside is I can't switch hands to drive. I have a dog I walk obviously with me on my scooter whereas with the Eclipse it didn't matter which hand I used to drive, with the Maximo it does. However we're both getting used to it. ( Finn loves it because it goes faster!!
