if you look up the site for all the clothes there is nothing so i will dont buy anything from this forum because theres nothing on it so why is he still support his clothing and say go and buy your stuff i think he's a liar and dont have his warehouse anymore but he has uploaded a video a week ago and then he says a again go buy your t-shirt here and when you click on the link there are no clothes so dont buy from him i would say.

Received The Black Camo Badge jacket today. Ordered for my grandson. Looks great! Fits great! He’s very proud of it. Shipping was good. Received order in about a week, and the company kept me informed of the shipping information. Will order again!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Placed an order on 15th november and am still waiting for it!! Took 2 weeks before it got posted and hasn’t moved since the 30th....can’t get hold of anyone to discuss, delivery company say they take it as far as the local office but they won’t even say if it’s there!!
Meant to be my sons stoking presents from Santa so have no idea what going to do now!!!
Do not buy from this company and get caught in the same situation.

I ordered a pop socket for my son on December 27th. It’s January 15th and my package is still “in transit” with no estimated delivery date. I asked for a refund as its going on 3 weeks now and I was told they can’t issue a refund.

This is very poor customer service and not a way to treat those that support your business. Will make sure to never purchase from you again.

Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT waste your money on his stuff. Bought my son a pair of socks for Christmas. They have holes on the bottom after wearing them only 4 times. My mother in law bought my son a sweatshirt for Christmas. The sweatshirt is the cheapest quality I have EVER seen. Tanner Fox clearly is not concerned about treating his fans well, or customer service of any kind. You can’t exchange anything for any reason. After my MIL and I purchased socks and other clothing items we got an email stating there are no exchanges or refunds for any reason. This kid is clearly only interested in $ and not in making sure he has his name associated with quality products or practices. Luckily the sweatshirt my MIL got for my son fit otherwise my MIL would have been out of $$. I wish I would have done some investigating before blindly purchasing anything Tanner Fox. My mistake. I can assure you that I will not give another dime to anything associated with this kid.

The absolute WORST service from online clothes ordering, after waiting 6 weeks for a shirt for my son I reached out to the company to ask what the hold up was. My reply in HIGHLIGHTED yellow ensured me it was my error in not noting the delay in shipping because I ordered from the 5 million series. And I wasn't the only "inattentive client" who missed he delay in service notification. But amazingly I happened to inquire at just the right day because my ordered shipped the next day, amazing ( scarcam ) but wait there is more!
The shirt arrived today and it was the wrong size - way too small but I was even more jilted to find there is no refunds and no exchanges! But my guess is when you are a flash in the pan such as TFox its best to Flease your young fans as much as possible until your flame blows out! BOO! This should be rebranded as Sly as a Fox brand
