Extremely Bad Customer Service

I am trying to return an order since the 29th of December but still waiting for my return label. The order is worth around €75
Ive reached out to them 4 times through email and each time im told it will be resolved in a few days.
Two and a half weeks later and im still waiting!
Update, tezenis contacted me immediately and sent me on a return label. Im only updating review now as i thought it only fair to leave bad review up for as long as i was trying to do my return. Such a shame that Customer service did not fix problem for me when i reached out numerous times, problem was only fixed because of my review.
On another note, i do like their products, i have been buying their tee's and vest tops for years and like them as they hold their shape. Sizing can be a bit off, i usually stick to my regular size in the vest tops, and a size up for the tee shirts.
I ordered a variety of tee shirts for my husband in his regular size but they were huge on him, hence the return.

Terrible quality - don't buy pyjamas!

I recently purchased a pair of pyjamas and was deeply disappointed with the quality. The pants are thin, see-through, and feel far below the standard I expected for the price. I also question whether the fabric is truly cotton, as advertised.

This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not recommend your products to others. I hope you address these quality concerns moving forward.

3 Weeks without Delivery Update

Ordered back on Dec 3 when Black Friday deals were still going on. Haven't received an update yet and the customer support email doesn't seem to working.

Edit: The package was indeed delivered timely, perhaps I couldn't find the right tracking details. Eventually found it at home after someone had brought it in for me and placed it somewhere I wasn't looking. I appreciate the reply from Tez and I feel bad that my original review was overall just incorrect.

I ordered on friday the 20th of Dec already knowing I would receive my parcel after Xmas and instead... I received it the day after on Saturday!!!

Return of order

I am trying to return an order for a month but i cannot get a return label (there wasnt one in the package). Company’s representatives are not helpful at all and despite having it back and forth by email they still did not send me the return label. It is ridiculous!!

Worst online shopping in my history

Worst online shopping in my history, never step again in that shop... I order items from the next town which is 40 minutes with a car from the mall in my town and it took 21 days to collect, and I collect it in a few paper envelope which you can't carry in the street so I asked the lady for a bag and she said she have to charge me... For real? You should send the items which are collected from shop in a bag, it's not a home delivery!! And if I probably order it from Zimbabwe it was going to come quicker... Your items are low quality and we all know that and if you want to keep your customers you have to do a better service so the quality won't be an issue...

Inexistent customer support

I ordered 2 items back in August. The package was left open in my mail box, one item being missing, the other damaged. I contacted Tezenis twice but they never replied. Their website was crashing everytime I wanted to ask for the return to at least send back the damaged item and get my money back, they make it impossible to solve anything and the worse is, they just don't care. I am still waiting for a solution or at least an answer...

I sent back an article since it was too small… I‘m still waiting for an explanation why it wasn’t approved! I sent it back exactly how it arrived to me in perfect condition. The true problem is they cannot really process a return/refund without any issue. I won’t pay for something that I didn’t have.

Not sure why reviews are so bad

I had a brilliant experience with two recent orders from Tezenis UK. Both orders were sent quickly with the Royal mail 24h service. The quality is okay - not fantastic, but not crap either - exactly what you’d expect from a mass market brand.

I had to return one order due to sizing issues, and it was really smooth and easy. The label was already inside the package, all I had to do was fill out the form online, pack the items, and drop off the package at the post office.

Impossible to return.
I recommend everyone not to buy products from Tezenis online. They make it impossible to return, your fill out the form to return the products and they don't send the label. Basically they stole money from you.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and there is no way of tracking my parcel. I have tried to contact Tezenis but it is extremely difficult and I have had no response. I have purchased in store previously so I knew the items I wanted and will not need to return. I just want my parcel. I think I will need to report a scam with my bank at this point.

All previous reviews are completely factual. Do not buy from this shop. The items looked nothing like the product photos, arrived shoved in a brown paper bag and upon return I was not refunded and customer service ignore you. Had to file with my bank to get my money back. Never again.

False price tags

After waiting in line to purchase a pair of pants for my daughter, which I had found the previous day and returned to buy, I was told the tag was wrong, the pants were not on sale and they cost 2x the price. The clerk was polite, but the store is not necessarily trustworthy.

A good budget option

Website is slow but otherwise very user friendly.
These are not high-end pruducts, but you can't expect that at this price point.

Unable to deliver order at their own store, unable to offer adequate compensation!

I ordered several discounted items (50% and 30% discount) to be delivered at a Tezenis store. After waiting for 2 weeks, I automatically got a return notification and refund. When I reached out for support they said that the courier noted packet as undeliverable and returned it (remember delivery was at their own store!!!). I was just offered a 10% discount for my next order, which was absolutely ridiculous since I ordered items at half price and in the meanwhile almost everything in sale was sold out. I asked them that I should at least be given the option to have my packet resent and receive it with delay. I ordered stuff from their eshop to be delivered to their physical store, therefore they should take responsibility of the unsuccessful delivery. They just said sorry, we do not resend packets, 10% percent discount for your inconvenience and that's it! This is my worst experience with customer service of online retailers and I am a very frequent online shopper from many many stores.
