Great customer service, great products, super fast communication and shipping, highly recommendable!

I bought the short Parka two years ago in their shop in Amsterdam and I still love it. Now I bought a sweater online and it looks really good too. I love their ethical ways of working and I hope to purchase more from them in the future. Keep up the good work!

The clothes I received were, although beautiful, far too large. I used the store guidelines to pick the right size (the smallest, S), but upon receiving my order, they were unfortunately too large. I have to send everything back, only to find out that returning the shipment is at my own cost. Although I really appreciate the efforts Teym put into creating clothing that is sustainably made, the customer experience is lacking on this front.

I have 2 merino sweaters which I wear a lot. They are still in great shape after 1,5 years.

I have just received my merino roll neck sweater today and I'm really impressed by the quality of the knit. It is more substantial than most merino knitwear, that is thicker and therefore amazingly warm on the skin. I wear a UK8 and got the size XS, for me the fit is slightly relaxed and looks great tucked in trousers. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and glad to have discovered the brand Teym.

This company in far away Amsterdam made my two year search for the perfect Chelsea boot come true. Their communication about shipping and the swift arrival was helpful. This sizing was accurate and the boos, made in Portugal, are so comfortable I can wear them to bed!

Over the past years I’ve purchased the parka, the sweater (multiple), the tracksuit and now the t-shirt. Fantastic quality. They also make an effort to lead change in a problematic industry. Thanks Teym!

I bought The Matte Parka - Army. The aesthetics are beautiful. Materials are good. Well built. Good protection against the rain, cold and wind in Denmark so far. Production in Europe, which is a great selling point.

Then, why 3 stars?

Well, they advertise it as a parka designed for riding a bike, but its ergonomics are pretty bad for it. The bike saddle gets stuck in between the parka and my back, whenever i get off the bike (this also happens to my girlfriend, who has the female version). It is not safe to ride with the hoodie on, it limits lateral visibility, and you can’t look sideways, because it stays stiff, it doesn’t follow your head movement.

In addition to all this, the top of the neck, the collar, where the zipper ends, is pretty stiff. So when you walk with your zipper up, it rubs against your chin, in an unpleasant way.

Overall, happy with the product, but also disappointed because of the high expectations.
