I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with this company. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about using their services to stay far away In my experience. They held £7,500 of my money that belongs to my small furniture business for 180 days without any valid reason. Six months! That’s not just inconvenient, it’s completely unacceptable and damaging for a small business trying to operate.
What makes it even worse is their complete lack of communication. My emails were ignored repeatedly, and when I tried calling, I was stuck dealing with an unhelpful helpline that couldn’t transfer me to anyone with actual authority. All they kept telling me was to send emails the same emails they never respond to. It’s beyond frustrating and feels like they’re intentionally avoiding accountability.
Funny how the funds built up and then suddenly freeze your account without proper explanation.
This has been a stressful, infuriating experience that I wouldn’t wish on any business owner. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They are holding my 7000£ roughly worth of settlements.
They don’t deserve 1 star. Should be -5 stars.
First day it said settlements postponed.
I thought must be a technical issue.
Second day again same. Called them, they said we need some verification again, after using it for 3 months.
I sent it straight away. Minding that person tone changed from being polite to being very rude as soon as I told them my settlements on hold. What a rude staff.
They replied me after 3 days that proof provided is t sufficiant. All these proofs were approved by them on call before hand.
I sent new invoices again. Waited 3 days again then received a call enquiring about a transaction. I explained them again.
After waiting 4-5 days again for their reply, I was told that we have been terminated and our hard earned money will be frozen or held until 180 days. Been in the business 15 years never had this problem.
Rubbish company. Avoid at any cost.
If you calculate the don’t save you money. Machine is 80£ which is everywhere else, charge same for credit and debit cards.
Debit cards elsewhere are cheaper than them, which covers auth charge which they don’t have.
End up spending more with teya anyways.
