I did my test passed with a 100% . I was told by one of the coaches I could move unto the dashboard after i complete the questions. They told me I had 15 mins to complete it but never gave me the password to do so. Then replied a day later telling me I didn’t get the job. I believe they are trying to steal your personal information. Sex trafficking is real please be careful and do you research before working for any company like this. I wish I would have done my research and honestly every one with the positive reviews are the coaches and trainers don't be fooled

I have been working for texting factory for 4 months and it is the best job I ever had. They pay regularly, solve any issues that you have and I don’t get the people who complain about the job. I personally can’t be happier with it

Yeah... They are also racist AF. They refused me a job just because I'm from South Africa. I asked the coach why, and he/she couldn't tell me. Very disappointing and pathetic.

Textingfactory scammed me 396 euros. They told me to message finance for my final payment and I did so but they haven’t responded. I message finance EVERY DAY but no answer. They only answered to tell me to send them my work ID and once I’ve done this, they don’t answer my messages. I have been messaging them for over a month now JUST TO SEND ME THE LAST PAYOUT. I’ve worked hard for this. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with them.

Some of the positive reviews on this site left for textingfacotry will soon become negative reviews when the operators who left them are banned for no reason. I worked for textingfactory for over a year and all was fine until textingfactory changed their dashboard to the chathomebase dashboard. About a few months ago after textingfactory started using the new chathomebase dashboard, admins at textingfactory started banning my account almost every week and blamed it on a techinical issue. Then, just last week, textingfactory banned me again, and this time, they never responded back to me. I think that textingfactory likes to deactivate the accounts of their operators to either keep costs down or to rake in almost all the profit their operators make for them, especially being there are clients telling operators that they are spending hundreds of dollars on credits.

The new chathomebase dashboard also seems rigged to keep operators from making a lot of messages, such as a new operator performance rating feature that can easily be faked, delays in messages loading, and a strange glitch that makes the messages you type scramble around so you have to retype them. The new Chathomebase dashboard also takes some of your messages away and marks them as free messages, and textingfactory never told us operators why such messages taken from us operators are free messages. The replies from clients are also no longer listed in the statistics of the new chathomebase dashboard and being so, operators don't know how many replies they are receiving from clients, which allows textingfactory to not pay operators what they are supposed to be paid for their replies. Textingfactory also keeps coming up with new rules, such as the new rule of having to respond to messages that are enormously long with messages that are half as long, which slows down operators in handling messages even more. I think the logbooks are just a gimmick to slow down how many messages operators handle too, because such log books are worthless because they rarely help you out in knowing details of conversations.

I also really do believe that some of the positive ratings left for textingfactory on this site are ratings left by the textingfactory admins or CEO. Sorry, but the most money you can make at textingfactory if you want one day off per week is $100 per week from handling 1,000 messages per week, which takes 6 days a week, and working 10 hours a day for such 6 days. Simply put, Textingfactory and all other text operating companies are not good companies to work for, for they all involve making operators working hard for chump change and they will ban your account to profit more and cut their labor cost. So, just find a better job that pays you a decent wage and don't waste your time working 50-60 hours a week at textifngfactory for a measly $100 folks. To textingfactory, beware of karma, for it certainly always returns fire at devious people, and it will come at you and make you pay for what you are doing to your operators.

This company is where I earn money to support my living expenses. My mortgage payment I get all from this website. The job is a lot of fun.

Texting factory is such a scam. Don't ever get fooled. I made an effort working for them. What their company do is they scam men. They handle dating sites. They even get your personal information during the application. I worked for only 2 weeks and they paid me for it then suddenly removed my account. I followed their rules, did so well and made a lot of efforts. That Coach Jane is even the worst, such an unprofessional.

This company is legit. I've been working for them for a month. I have to admit it, I was skeptical about the company, all this because of the bad reviews. I am glad I ignored the bad reviews. I have gotten my second payment today. There are a set of rules you have to follow to keep working on the platform. The first week my account was deactivated, I have sent them an email, and the next day it was solved. Later on, they sent me feedback, saying to work on my grammar which I was clearly not focusing on while working on the platform. Don't let these bad reviews fool you, try for yourself, read the guidelines and follow them. The only thing that bothers me is this rating system, which they don't explain how to improve it to claim more messages. Other than that, easy job and fun to do.

I am currently a chat operatoor with this company and i am actually shocked by these reviews because everything has been going well for me so far, i have been working on here from may and i get all my invoices and I actually live in jamaica while doing this as a side job and thinking of doing it full time due to school.

This is a question, not review.
So how did you make money for the company? Did you charge a fee to the people you text? Did you act broke and ask them to put money on a phone card? This makes no sense how they can make money.

The company is not that bad, and I request whoever brought this thing of ratting to look at the people who have worked for them ever since from the old platform, at least send each one a number of messages per day instead of giving them 50, messages to demoralize them, remember we not here to make the company fail but to see it growing, reconsider and remove this ratting thing, it's really making most of us feel bad about this, otherwise we love working with you. Thank you.

Texting factory should stop this stupidity of rating and don't know who brought such thing. At first you guys everything was fine but when you brought in that rate thing everything changed.
You should consider people who left their jobs and decided to work for you but now it's horrible to work with you.
You say that you rate someone according to the replies that person has got from the customer, but how do you tell me that you put me on 7.5 when I have done only 5 messages a day? You should start to value the people that work for you as humans but not trash because that's what you're doing right now. I think you should have left the whole thing on dashboard instead of doing this chat homebase which is a stupid whole thing.
The only thing I see here instead of recruiting new people every day you should focus on training the old people you have that way your work will be good and even consider the people you have worked with for a long time.
Karma will fall on you will get competitors and you will regret ever treating people as trash.
You remove your stupid rating why use it now yet on dashboard you never used it? What is so special about chat homebase that wasn't on dashboard?
You people you should change and not make people look like fools waiting for messages the whole night and they end up doing only 5 messages if you don't want them just deactivate their accounts.

Worst place ever do not waste your time. They are ridiculous. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you think I am kidding try for yourself and leave your experience.

TEXTING FACTORY IS A SCAM - DO NOT APPLY!
How fool am I. I have worked in this scam company for over 2 months, and get paid. After that, my work has not been paid. They keep on giving me unreliable reasons. They would say, I should verify my PayPal account because I am not receiving it. PayPal told me, they have not received any money from Texting Factory. I have even submitted a screenshot of PayPal's guaranty that my account with them is verified. But it seems, Texting Factory keep on telling lies to me, and never paid me ever since. DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO APPLY IN THIS DEVIL COMPANY.

I can just say that all I see here is a bunch of crying babies, if they are scamming old man whats your problem with that? The bank scam you and you put the money there everytime you get paid, stop being lazy pussies and work man thats all you gotta do work because a lot of people suffer much more than you, believe me I know people that literally would kill for a dollar, if you live in a civilized country where you can get a better job stop writing about your dignity here and get your ass to work, amazon is hiring people believe me they just need your soul to be there and pretend that you are human sometimes but mostly they prefer if you became a machine so, go go stop reading this and go get a better job!!

I applied sent my ID did the test passed with a 95%...I was excited I thought it was gonna be such a fun experience. I was wrong...it was horrible there are just too many rules and if you don't write the messages how they tell you to then you fail and you won't get hired. it's just too much trouble to chat and make what a couple of cents?! My coach was very nice...my husband applied as well and his coach was just rude. I think her name was Coach Cher...she took forever to respond and he didn't answer the questions to their standards and she was just this is WRONG this is WRONG! All in all, it was just a horrible experience before even getting to start to try the job out! I think I know how to flirt with people and catch people's attention without rules I know right from wrong to protect myself. I hope this helps people out...if you want to waste your time on pennies work here.
