Top Quality
The quality of the fabric is top and it was cut very neatly which I greatly appreciate. They also have a lot of excellent design choices. Shipping was fast and uncomplicated. Will definitely come back to get more fabric from here again.

Reliable shop
I have ordered from them multiple times, and I will keep on doing so. The description of the fabrics are detailed, clear and helpful. The price-quality ratio is very good, especially compared to some of the other fabric stores I ordered from in the past. The shipping is always fast. All together; it is a reliable shop.

Customer service is awful: they just say they're placing a request with PostNL, then another week passes with no news... Winter fabrics won't be of any use when I receive them.

I can see my colleague has been in touch with PostNL about your order but due to the holidays the waiting time for a response has been longer than we'd like to see.
