These guys are crooks
These guys are crooks. I dont believe their reviews here are genuine. People who have AI skills can create fake reviews for themselves. They do not have a refund policy, and are structured like those ponzi schemes that will make you keep paying for "so-called" upgrades that still does absolutely nothing. A free Grok service will give you more of what you want than a paid service with TextGuard.ai. Please be warned, if you need a proper review, go to Reddit.
Base on the respose from TextGuard, I uplaoded my file, and it was only one file, for your service to review and rewrite, but it didn't rewrite anything. There are tons of free texts review servies online that I need not pay for, so i paid for your rewrite service which I didn't get. I requested for cancellation the next day and aske for a refunds, because I was busy trying to finish and meet the deadline of my paper, and why I reached out to you the next day. Your service was not made for a one time service, so you cannot say i used it up and asked for a refund. Go to Reddit and read comments out there, how come we all have the same complaint about your service? I will continue on as many plaform as i can to condemn your service provisioning, until you see reason to give refunds or improve your service.

Log in → Your account (bottom-left corner) → Profile → Subscription tab → Cancel subscription
There are no hidden steps, pop-ups designed to trap you, or unnecessary obstacles. If your experience felt different, we would genuinely like to understand what happened.
Regarding the word limit of 5,000 words per week — this is clearly stated during the checkout process. If you need more words, you always have the option to top up directly from your account.
If you experienced technical issues or had difficulty finding the cancellation option, please contact our support team at support@textguard.ai with your account email. We're here to help, and we would never make cancellation intentionally difficult.

It said my writing was AI when it wasn't. Then it wastes a minute loading before prompting you to pay to see a "humanized" version. The "humanized" version would be AI not my original writing.
