Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order in November for Christmas. It arrived and was incorrect. When i contacted customer service there were numerous pointless emails, as my first detailed what was incorrect and what had to be sent. Then the barrage of useless emails from Daryll started (pray you never have to deal with him). Initially i responded politely although i sensed something was wrong. I got apologies, lost of words, but the delay supposedly resulted in stock running out of what they had to send me. After 2 months and 14 EMAILS, nothing other than words, certainly not the missing items, and no communication since the 29th of December. You are buying at your own risk if you deal withis company. I followed process, did all the right things, and would gladly show anyone the evidence of what i am saying. Needless to say my bank will need it as i am now diusputing the charge. They can have their shirts back if they want. I now just want my money. Avoid these guys because if something goes wrong, and a friend of mine had the same issue, you are done. Forget ever getting it resolved.

I placed two orders on the same day (December 13, 2025) #49341 and #49343. I quickly realized that their shipping was going to be slow and gave up any hope of receiving either order in time for Christmas. The second one #49343 was delivered as a gift to a friend in Maryland on December 31, which is fine. However, I have no update on #49341. This order is supposed to be delivered to me in Georgia. While customer support has been responsive, they keep giving me the status of the second order #49343 for the first one #49341. It’s like they have no record of the first order. I am still waiting for an update this morning. Very frustrating experience.

I should have read the reviews before buying from this website. I have the same problem that the people from the last 3 reviews, placed an order December 17th, received an email on the 20th saying it was taking longer and that's it. I wasn't counting on this to be a Christmas present but I'm now worrying that I just lost my money and I am never getting this shirts, and they weren't cheap! I guess the review isn't even about the product, its so far about the company.

UPDATE: I finally received my package. There was no communication until the day before my order was delivered. Until then, there was no information on the label created.
Subject: Immediate Action Required
I contacted Textale regarding an order I placed in early December. I received an email the same day stating that my order was on its way, yet the tracking page still shows no shipping information and no indication that the order has even been processed for shipment.
This level of delay, without any communication or tracking information, is highly problematic, especially given that I spent over $200 and the items purchased were specifically as Christmas gifts. I still don’t have an update on the status of this order. Now, it may be too late to secure replacement gifts in time. I’m pretty frustrated with the lack of communication.

The “stain resistant” tshirt stained right away and got very wet when we put water on it. It’s also gigantic and not form fitting at all. As other comments have mentioned there’s no tracking number and it takes forever to arrive. When I tried to return it, I can only get $13 back from the $60 I spent, so now I’m stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit and is already ruined. Save your money, this is a scam.

I placed an order in the middle of November. 2 weeks later my order still had not shipped so I reached out. It took a while for them to get back to me but at least they were polite. They had mentioned one of the items I ordered (6 pack of 3 black shirts and 3 white) had items that were not currently available; there were no white shirts. They offered me a solution of swapping to another colour to replace the white tees they did not have. Ok, decent solution but why are you selling items you currently don't have? Also why would you not reach out to let your customers know this instead of the customer growing increasingly annoyed that their order had not shipped and the CUSTOMER needing to reach out? Anyway, I decided to replace the colours from White to Ivory as this was a Christmas gift and they couldn't tell me when the white tees would be back in stock. I finally receive my order and surprise , I'm missing 3 tees. The ones that would have been white, but are currently out of stock, were never even replaced. They just shipped my order without them. So I'm down 3 shirts, Christmas is around the corner and only god knows how long its going to take for their customer service to get back to me after I emailed them regarding my missing shirts. Will this get resolved? I dunno. I'll update this review based on whay happens next.
Edit : I received the missing shirts. They for some reason shipped separately than the rest of the order. I did have a very good experience with customer service. During a busy period they were still able to get back to me usually within 48 hours of sending them an email. Ive updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars only due to the fact I still feel like they shouldnt have had items listed for purchase when they were out in their warehouse. But also if its out in the warehouse I think it would be in the company's best interest to reach iut to the customer to let them know and to give them options. Everything else was a great experience with them however the process to get there felt like there could have been better practices in place. I will be ordering from them again as my bf loved the shirts and I'm hoping it'll be an easier smoother purchasing process the 2nd time around

Worst service. It's now 9 days and they still have NOT shipped my order. Even worst, they are blaming the US Postal Service. What !!!! Poorly ran company. I submitted for a cancellation of my order and guess what, magically, they supplied tracking # and CLAIMED to of shipped it the morning of receiving my order cancellation request, but of course, item hasn't arrived, eventhough we are in the same geographical area which would of meant 1-3 days of receiving. look at all other reviews, they claim they solved the problem in August, but still continue to blame shipping as the issue. Bad Bad company. Update - Textale filed a complaint and take down request with trust pilot claiming I made defamatory claims against them, eventhough what I said was completely true. this is the type of company they are. Thank you trust pilot for not allowing bad actor comoanies.

Honestly, I was about to leave a 1-star review because the shipping was soooo slow. I was pretty frustrated… but just before I left the review, the package showed up. They had also offered me a free polo as a compensation. I’ve got to say, it really surprised me. The quality is better than I expected, super comfortable and breathable. Perfect for golf. I’d like to order more, but I really hope the shipping is better next time.

Order 40927. This is my 2nd order with Textale, and the 2nd time there have been items missing from my order. After numerous emails they finally responded to admit that not all of the items they list on their website are in stock, so they just send out what they have and wait for you to complain. Despite promising to send out the missing item, it is now 22/8 and they still haven't sent the missing items or refunded. Their 'customer service' is a complete joke. posting on here in the hope they read the review and rectify their mess.

I was advertised these on Facebook recently; and I was pretty excited about the shirts. I then hopped over to trust pilot and saw some of the more concerning reviews. I held off on ordering.
I decided to give it a shot because the shirt was relatively inexpensive for some of the shirts I buy, and I figured the worst case scenario would be that I would order one and if it did not show up, I would just have my credit card company refund me
I was pleasantly surprised the green shirt I ordered that was listed in stock showed up very quickly; maybe five days? I got quick shipping notifications and it’s an awesome shirt. I’m gonna buy a few more.
I’m hoping they worked out whatever kinks they had with customer service and stocking issues!

These trunks do not live up to the marketing hype. They are shapeless and do not provided proper support for exercise. They quickly become clammy and uncomfortable. I won't be using these.
