Very disappointed with this purchase and the overall service. I ordered the TexoVera Nove Wireless Ear Buds on the 20th, and the promised delivery date was the 26th. Even after the expected delivery date has passed, I have received no product and no update regarding the shipment status.

Customer communication is extremely poor, and there seems to be no concern for customer satisfaction. If a company cannot deliver on its commitment or provide timely updates, it should not make promises it cannot keep.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. I hope they improve their delivery process and customer support.

I have ordered earbuds but received power bank which is not working

Very bad I ordered it in rewards I got from googal pay very bad product I purchased powerbank bt it’s not working fake products not contact number no support they send old product

The support ticket does not work. They have no cancellation policy as they paused their support ticket for cancellation. Also not responding to emails as they said they will respond only to support ticket which they have just for showcase. Extremely bad experience with texovera.Recommend not to make any purchase with them.

I ordered the product through a reward in google pay and received my order in a compromised state. The package does not display any brand name, nor does it include a user manual or any documentation to verify the authenticity of the product. Additionally, there is no information regarding the mAh capacity of the power bank, which raises concerns about whether a genuine product has been delivered. I also noticed that the brand name printed on the packet appears faded, suggesting that it may be old or fake product. Furthermore, the charging cable required to charge the power bank is missing from the package. They dont support email support and ask to raise a ticket. While raising ticket they said this option is not available and only use AI chat option who doesnt reply or provide any information at all. DO NOT PURCHASE
