Worst customer service

Texas Grill Masters came out on 4/9 and said they would get back to me the next week about parts. I have called 10 times and every time I was told a tech would get back to me. No one has called.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They don't return phone calls. Told me they had a part ordered and it was backordered for three months. I got tired of waiting and ordered the part direct from Lynx. Got it in 4 days.
Quoted me $250 to clean my grill, charged me $550. Told me it was a bigger project then they quoted
I would never use them!!!!

Good cleaning. Bad repair.

They cleaned the grill well but for the repairs they were sub par. They said they would order me parts and never got back to me. I called them after a few months and they sent someone out again to see what parts I need and never got back to me A few months went by and I called the owner and he said he would look into it and never heard back. I face up on them.

It took nearly two months to fix the …

It took nearly two months to fix the issue on hand. The person who came out was super nice, ordered the required parts, then came back a couple of weeks later. Turns out he ordered, or was sent the wrong parts. Just about the time we almost gave up of him ever returning, he did show up and the problem was taken care of. I would never use this company again, especially that the price he originally quoted kept going up with each visit.
