terrible customer service. You tell them what the problem is, and then they ask you what the problem is like you never said anything.

I thought that the shipping charge was…

I thought that the shipping charge was unreasonably high, but ordered the item anyway on Nov. 29. I did not hear anything further from them until Dec.3, when I recd an email advising that my shipping address did not conform to their notes. It was not significant, but I did a correction for them immediately. Nevertheless, the item still did not ship until late afternoon on Dec. 4. This is poor service. I will hesitate before doing business with this company again.
