A very pleasant buying experience. I ordered the dog collars on line, however, I did have question on sizing so called and left a message. They quickly returned my call and answered my question, I found them very polite, courteous, informative and very friendly. I received the rope collars sooner than expected, just going with their standard delivery and I have to say was thrilled to receive them. The attention to detail in packaging and quality of the rope collars is excellent well worth the price paid. A complete end to end customer service. Bought the lead as present to my partner. It was difficult to decide between the Oxford and Woodstock leads (they both look amazing!), but I eventually decided on the Oxford Lead in a size large. Tetherleads are very efficient, communications were great, and my item was delivered in the same working week - no complaints at all. The quality is evident, it's well made, stitching is great, the lead looks lovely, and the leather smells nice! The dog seems happy with it, and to quote my partner "pub visits this year are going to be so good".

Very good efficient service and an excellent product

We bought a dark brown leather collar for our very active Wirehaired Vizsla. Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. The collar is beautifully made and the leather and brass appear to be of a very high quality. Will definitely consider buying a lead when we are finally able to go out and about again (to the pub!!).
