I placed my order on their lovely, easy website and ordered some beautiful balloons for my Daughter’s 21st birthday. I then emailed Tether and Float to request that the delivery company were to place the balloons in my shed if no one was home. No reply to the email. I then got notification on the delivery date that the balloons were at the depo. I emailed again to ask what was going on. No reply again to the email. I emailed again to say due to the fact my daughter had her birthday without the balloons, I no longer want them. As you can guess by now……..no reply to the email. I got confirmation that the balloons were delivered this morning to the pharmacy and I’ve just been into the shop to send them back to Tether and Float. I find it very odd that a company doesn’t answer their phones or reply to numerous emails. Sadly, I can’t recommend this business due to the fact their customer service is nonexistent.

Amazing customer service!! I had a query regarding my order and sent an email late at night. A few minutes later I received a lovely reply answering my query. Absolutely amazing customer service. I am so so impressed. Can’t wait to receive my ballon bouquet!

Customer isn't their strength!

I have ordered from them before and it was seamless. This time I received my order on a Friday with a balloon deflated which isn't a problem at all because I thought I would just get in touch quickly Monday after the madness of organising a 3-year old's birthday party for the weekend and ask for a refund for this one balloon. Katie, the customer service rep showed no empathy and reminded me that there was a 24 hour policy in place and I couldn't receive a refund. As a business owner myself I would say it is hardly necessary to contact someone over the weekend, especially if you have circumstances that clearly prevent you from doing so. My daughter's birthday party was higher priority than sitting down and doing admin work and reporting a broken balloon. You would have thought that counts as a reasonable argument but Katie was adamant and I received no money back. I shall not be ordering from them again in the future. Shame, as they could have so easily dealt with the situation. Balloons pop, get over it! Give out refunds when they do and be a little bit more forgiving towards your customers, they will appreciate it!

This is the second time I have ordered balloons from Tether & Float. The choice is exceptional. My beautiful balloons were delivered in a lovely Tether & Float box. A premium quality and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I have used Tether & Float for balloons on a number of occasions and they never disappoint! Amazing service fast delivery and exceptional quality balloons.

Awful customer service. Called to solve a problem and the person I spoke to did not want to help just argue with me. Such rude customer service and my issue has still not been resolved.

On 17th Feb I ordered £45 worth of 18th birthday balloons for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I requested a delivery date of 1st March as that’s her birthday. Late this afternoon I received an email saying they will be delivered on 2nd March. There is no phone number to speak to anyone, only an email option. Very very disappointed. Won’t use this company again
Update - after sending an email, I got a very quick response and the problem was resolved and my order arrived on time. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Couldn't go to 5 stars because of the time I spent trying to source an alternative on the night before my order was due.

Balloons were exactly as described on the website and looked lovely and bright in the holiday house we had booked to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. They also lasted well.

The delivery was on time and on the date requested, BUT the driver left the balloons at the unused back door of the wrong house and it was only by luck that the neighbours found the box and brought it round to the actual delivery address. So zero marks for delivery!

I found the Tether & Float website very easy to use and find a selection of space themed balloons for my children's 3rd Birthday Party. Everything was delivered nicely packaged on the day of choosing via DPD.

The balloons looked awesome at the party and most of them were still looking good two weeks later even having had been bashed about by two 3 year olds.

This is my new go to for balloons..I have used them twice both times delivery was prompt and lasted over a week. Great choice of balloons for all ages and celebrations and I love the little weights they use a little different to the others.

I was so delighted with the balloons from Tether and Float- they were exactly what I wanted and also so impressed; as I ordered the balloons to be delivered to a hotel in the middle of nowhere. They arrived exactly on time in the right day, beautifully presented. I highly recommend !
