Rudest customer service i've ever had

Just got off chat with the rudest customer service advisor i have ever spoken to. The DIGITAL test was purchased in 2024, i noticed it on my bank statement and realised id sided this as i didnt realise i had to purchase a test kit as well as the digital test? I was really confused that the kit wasnt included, so its obviously been forgotten about in the grand scheme of life. I asked if i could have a refund as i has just paid for the digital test, no actual testing was done by them. This was their response:

'You purchased in June 2024, almost two years ago

Why the delay?

There is no option for refund after two years of purchase 15:05

And we will not honour the testing either. There is 12 months window for sending the sample.'

I also revcieved a point blank response when i told them the reasons for why it was forgotton about as i was struggling. when you purchase something you assume it includes everything it was misleading to only sell you a digital format without sending you a physical kit to actually test for a sensitivity? It had been a long time so i understand some things go outside of a refund window but they provided no service to me what so ever. I just sent over £40 for nothing.

Flawed testing

This testing did not pick up any of my actual food sensitivities. I have a severe hormone imbalance which it also failed to pick up. They advertise that they send out a pack for collection; they don't. They ask you to send it back in a plastic bag and envelope. I had to chase them for results after five weeks. I cant say for sure that this is a scam but cant find any genuine good feedback about this company. In fact, they cite a fictitious trust pilot review on their advertising!
I will be fighting them all the way for a refund.

Great end result very thorough

Started out ok, it wasn't clear initially that I would be sent to pack to send back but that's ok. I didnt pay a lot and its a cost cutter! Waited the allotted time but had to chase up a couple of days later. Had a legitimacy concern due to spelling errors in emails sent but stuck with it. Very thorough report received and had a lot of things I already suspected so was really reassured by that. Also had some things that made SO much sense. Couldn't work out why I had reactions to things one time and not another etc The format that the file came in seemed off but I ran it through security software and it was fine.

Avoid!

Took payment, failed to deliver, fail to answer emails and calls.
Absolutely shocking service! Numerous reviews online claiming the same scam!

Refusing to issue a refund!

Refusing to issue a refund after requesting, paid for the service then it came to light that you have to pay extra for postage, print documents and find a container to send samples, this is not a term of service I agree to and it should be included in the initial price, and so requested a refund on the same day, which they are refusing to action even tho they offer a 90-day refund policy!
