This company is horrible
This company is horrible. We tried to cancel our subscription because the tool did not do what they said it would and they absolutely refused. They would not offer any refund and sent very unprofessional emails to us threatening to sue. The customer service was terrible and clearly sent by non-English speaking people. DO NOT USE THEM!

Overpriced and a contract Trap
Overpriced, Poor Support, and a Trap for Unwary Customers
TestGorilla is not a customer-focused company — they are contract-focused. Once they get your payment, good luck getting proper support or a refund. Their team is unhelpful, slow to respond, and clearly trained to defend policy over solving problems.
The platform itself is overpriced for what it offers. The content is generic, the features are limited, and there is no flexibility or accountability when things go wrong. It’s clear their priority is locking people into subscriptions, not delivering value.
Avoid unless you enjoy paying top dollar for mediocre service and being ignored when you raise concerns.

I was enjoying the process
I was enjoying the process, and right at the end of the test, I had a brief power failure, which disrupted my internet. This lead to an instant fail on my test, and there was no way I could take the test again. It was just bad timing.
