Very unhappy
Very unhappy they stopped updating the progress that I was making in the game.I'm within my time limit but because of them not fixing my account for over a week.I'm losing time to complete my goals. Very poor customer service.

I would recommend only playing 1 - 2 games at a time and playing games you enjoy playing. Yes there is ads and some you can choose to watch the ads to get extra lives ect. It does take a little while to build up your money, But i was able to withdraw and it was in my account within 48hrs of requesting to withdraw 👍

When I cashed out
When I cashed out , I seen my balance disappear from tester app but I thought when I sent it to PayPal that it would be on there that same day but I didn’t take long it took only 24 hours but I got it . I’m so relieved. I love tester app and my game to play is wiggle escape but this was my first time cashing out from tester app and can’t wait to do it again.

I cashed out $226.00 to a pay pal account and it said it was put in the account on April 27, 2026. It is now May 6, 2026 and it still is not posted in the account. There is even a transaction code.

The app is clearly a scam, i reached the goal of 55 pound which took me ages, just for it to be set higher and when i reached that it just went higher. I do not recommend and anyone that doesn’t want to listen to the bad reviews your wasting your time 🤦♂️

Minimum Required for Cashout / Milestone Issues
The minimum required for cashout changed from $25 when I first signed up to $35 with no explanation. A few of the games I reached milestones on never paid out. When I did cashout, the wait time was faster than it said it would take, so that was a bonus.

Earnings are tiny for effort
This is the 2nd time I have tried testerup (the first time I earned 25p) and my opinion is still poor. This time I've played 2/3hrs daily for over 2 months and earned £8.25! The range of games is limited and the most I have earned on a single day has been 60p.

I liked it initially. Cash out was set at 20 pound but as I approached the limit it went up to 25 pound. Again I continued and earned more at £27 and it has now risen again to 35 pound before you can cash out. Messaged customer services but no reply. Waste of time. Never going to be able to cash out
