Project based job (does not replace full- or part-time work)
Great oppurtunity to be offered some interesting testing options to better user experiences accross different sites or applications! Been doing projects at TesterWork for over a year, and never had an issue with the payments either. Projects are very well organized and guides will prepear you nicely for the job offers!

The amount of testing that one does is really not that many.

Not worth it
This site is run by rude test managers who can't even understand English properly. The audacity of mentioning me on their new test case when they didn't even pay me for one that's been approved. Bugs payout is too low and if you find one, they will do everything to make it hard to pay you. Don't waste your time here.

Since discovering the website, I have achieved good results, both in terms of learning and financially. The company offers good support, prompt payment, and interesting projects. Legitimate Platform for Freelance Testers
I’ve been working with TesterWork for several years as a freelance tester.
The platform provides opportunities for functional and UX testing on different types of applications.
Test invitations are not always consistent, but when projects are available, the instructions are generally clear.
Payment is handled professionally once tasks are completed and approved.

The platform used to be one of the best freelance QA platforms, known for its transparency in selecting testers, high payouts, and strong opportunities to improve QA skills. However, things changed over time. First-come-first-serve exploratory cycles disappeared, and selection chances reduced-especially for testers with lower rankings, who are now heavily influenced by the number of projects assigned to them.
That said, I still appreciate the platform for its strong human relations, friendliness, and the exposure it provides. One experience I will always be grateful for is winning a fully sponsored Eurostar conference ticket in 2021, which played a major role in kick-starting my automation testing journey.

A solid remote testing platform I’ve trusted for years
I’ve been part of Testerwork for about 7 years, and I decided to work full-time remotely because the pay is good and reliable. Overall, my experience has been great. Payments always on time and easy to withdraw.
Communication with the test managers and support team is smooth and responsive. The payout is also higher compared to other similar platforms. The test managers are very supportive and willing to help testers throughout the testing process.
The test documentation and workflows are clear and easy to understand. The only downside is that test invitations are not always consistent, as they depend on client needs, country, device, and specific requirements.

Good work. Improvement needed on sending Projects
One of the things I appreciate most about testerwork is response to request and queries and payment.
My Issue is however, the idea of sometimes sending exploratory projects when bug limits have already been reached and sometimes not sending projects at all.

Great experience at TesterWork
It's been 7 years since I opened an account on TesterWork, and my experience has been very positive. Aside from the generous payments I've received for the test cases and bugs I've reported, I've thoroughly enjoyed participating in projects for top clients in the industry. The test managers are always available to help you with your tasks.
Joining the platform is highly recommended if you already have a strong background in QA and software development.
Work hard, be consistent, and you'll see how you're rewarded. You will enjoy it more if you aim to grow in terms of knowledge and as a person, rather than prioritizing making money.
I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because project invitations aren't guaranteed, and you don't know when your last chance at TesterWork will be (many times it seems like they've already stopped counting on you), and depend heavily on meeting the eligibility requirements. However, I've heard they're working on improving this and aiming to offer more regular invitations.
Important note: They recently added the option to receive payments via instant transfer from WISE, which has very low fees and is beneficial for the user.
