After engaging their service to book an early test date in August a date in January was booked which they communicated was tentative. No single change was made to this date and I messaged them in September that if a date can be gotten in October I would still be okay with it. Still there was no single change to my test date. In December I requested for a refund as they did not provide the service of booking early test date for me. And then I was pointed to their cunningly crafted terms, which say, "If we are unable to secure a test date within 30 days of the booking request, we will issue a full refund, minus the fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe. For details on Stripe's fees, please visit their official website."
The service only helps you register on DVSA website and charges 30 pounds for that. Quite ridiculous.
