very informative, she knew her stuff, and was helpful in a way that she didn't just give you the answer she helped you find it yourself.
All staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were great !

Ester is a great trainer
Ester is a great trainer, she is easy to understand and good at explaining how things work. I was a bit nervous about the course but she made me feel at ease and I even asked a few questions. The example using flow of water to show how things work was excellent. The hands on at the end was great also.
