My headline says it all! This site was found by me using AI to ask about ordering lab tests without having to go through my physician to save unnecessary office visit fees. AI suggested two sites, TestWell and another, but TestWell was easier to understand and navigate, and explained everything thoroughly in a way that I could understand, without trying to sell me on unnecessary tests or panels. I told it what I was concerned about and it gave me insightful recommendations. The scheduling at the lab through the connection was easy, the test results were in the next day! Less than 24 hours (although I was advised it could take 1-3 days depending on what was ordered, which I was fine with)! The results were easy to understand and also contained information to help me know what I was looking at. While I could've gone directly to the lab's site, using TestWell was more cost effective and in these days and times, I need to pinch as many pennies as I can. Thanks TestWell! Highly recommended!!
