Tesco Home Insurance is excellent value for the money
Very friendly, cheerful, professional customer service representative. Answered all queries clearly regarding both Home and Contents cover in the new insurance. The cover provided by Tesco was equal with that provided by our previous house insurance - but at about half the renewal cost. Tesco Home Insurance is excellent value for the money

I changed my car and had the car…
I changed my car and had the car insurance changed over to the new one. That kept the Tesco insurance without changing provider. The cost for the new car was minimal considering it was a more expensive machine. The Tesco Rep was spot on. Recommended.

Communication and customer service was poor
Communication was pretty poor. Call waiting times were crazy long. Vehicle was then undervalued by quite a lot. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.
