Terribly bad service - avoid if possible

The tyres never arrived as stipulated, the garage was not aware of the booking, the time slot was not available and when I tried to call the company, I was on hold for at least 30min before even being answered.
When I requested a refund, it took ages, which meant I had to wait to get my new tyres (and pass my MOT). What a waste of time and effort, WOULD not recommend for a £5 saving.
