support is non existent

I purchased a refurbished fridge from their website and the item arrived inoperable due to broken parts, improperly packaged, and obviously in "used" condition.

I attempted to contact them multiple times by email, text and voice and have received no response whatsoever. I followed all the directions listed on their website on how to return or exchange the item in a timely matter but it's just crickets on their end.

Eventually, I found a random email on the website that I contacted and they responded with an apology stating that their other email was suspended. They seemed interested in my problem, so I responded with my problem. When I never got a response, I sent several more follow ups and once again nothing but silence.

Support is non existent. Incredibly frustrating.

The products that I have paid for were never delivered

I ordered two products from Tescamp. The money was taken from my credit card and I got an order confirmation. Unfortunately they never delivered the products, and have not answered any of my efforts to contact them. I've tried several times via e-mail, chat, calling and even posting on Instagram&Facebook. Zero replies.

Tescamp support and/or return division…

Tescamp support and/or return division is a joke.

I've ordered one of the product on the tescamp website lured by the 365 return guarantee, as I wasn't sure if I'm gonna be able to use they mattress product. It turned out that I didn't so, I tried to returned it.

It's been a month that I'm trying to reach this company via email and the chat on their website.

I've didn't received any email in return on my inquire.

The website chat have a "funny" caption: "We reply immediately". That's blatantly untrue.
For a month I'm trying to get them to respond, I only got 3 answers:
- "Hello, we asked for your order number." - they didn't ask for order number, however I've posted it in previous message, which means they didn't even read what I sent them
- when I asked: "by email or by this chat, cause I didn't get any information" they double lied again: "Both, actually, when I answer here you get an email notification."
- and the last message was "Hello, we just came back from Christmas break, we will tell you how to proceed tomorrow morning ." which obviously they didn't follow up, even after my numerous reminders

Only giving 2 stars, cause the product seemed solid, however I highly recommend not to order any, as if anything would be wrong with it, you will not have any support at all.
