I bought an outfit I had seen someone advertising on instagram. At the time I didn’t realise her advert was for a different company and not Tery.co.uk. The photo in their website was her in the advert, clearly taken from her instagram. I did not receive the items and only then realised that this company wasn’t in her advert. I have received no communication from them and despite their website saying you can phone or live chat, you can’t do either.
