Very professional customer service, answered all my questions about product and expected date of delivery. Will definitely be buying product again.

Still not arrived.
Two weeks ago I ordered 10 liters of oil, but the oil is still not available.
The oil has been shipped to my place, but I have been required to pay again for the oil! Then I had to refuse the shipment and required to correct the shipment. After few days, they tried to provide it to me again, but AGAIN, they were requiring me to pay for it, even if different amount than before.
Shipping company and supplier are both blaming each other for some mistake but ... at the end of the day is the customer affected by this disturbance.
They both promised to come back to me, but no call nor mail nor anything popped up in my phone or inbox.
