We booked a cruise and a four night stay in Miami
We were not told when booking or when collecting the tickets that we would have to pay an extra 125.00 dollars for the hotel
We were also told that the room on the cruise had a balcony which it did but we we’re shown a room with a sofa on it but the last passengers must of thrown it over board as there was no where to sit in the room
Will never use or recommend them to anyone

I have booked a lot of Holidays with Terra Travel and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sharon Garland is an absolute legend and, after dealing with me on numerous occasions, she has the patience of a saint. She tailors my trips to my individual wants/needs. I have never once had to print a boarding pass. The company, and in particular Sharon,are amazing and always look after their customers. I was gonna say I can't wait until my next trip but I already have 3 booked at this point in time. Keep up the good work.

Considering that I do not live in Serbia, I very often use the services of this carrier from Novi Sad to the airports in Budapest or Vienna. As far as customer service and 90% of drivers are concerned - maximum praise and wonderful cooperation! But tonight I was driven by an elderly, sedentary gentleman who drives a red van. The most unpleasant, unkind, unprofessional, rude and impolite will ever be!!! Vice, he fights, he drives passengers like potatoes, there is no heating in the van in January, he drove over the curb at the toll booth in Subotica and he didn't turn us all over and killed us with his unsafe driving! Terra, very disappointing that after such wonderful drivers - You fall for this! Try to set at least some criterion when hiring, before you lose all passengers!
