very quick delivery, good communication and at a fair price

I'm giving this supplier 5 stars....because they made a mistake! Unfortunately, they stuck a 'This way up label on the package in the wrong orientation. Not surprisingly, the plant concerned ended up having a rough ride! It ended up pretty much bare rooted and out of its pot on arrival, and on one side a number of the branches had been broken. I repotted and trimmed off the broken branches. Plant will survive although it looks a bit unbalanced.

I sent pictures more to try and help highlight the potential problem, rather than anything else, and the customer service was highly responsive and efficient, resulting in the delivery of a replacement within a few more days.

These people are a pleasure to deal with, have some awesome plants, and when things go wrong, they genuinely put in the effort to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
