Phenomenal curriculum
This was an outstanding fellowship. The content was well structured, timely, action focused. It exceeded my expectations. The community was an added, and unexpected, bonus. Highly recommended for everyone.
Exactly what I hoped for
No bull, just facts. You meet the most amazing people. Very shallow yet simultaneously deep course for those who can devote the time. You keep access to all your classes, which get upgraded (for free) as time goes on. Honestly, I think if everyone could take these classes, the world would be in a much better place.
The people and how they were helpful.
I joined the course a bit skeptical…
I joined the course a bit skeptical about whether it will be too technical for me, would I be able to manage the course load, etc. I could not have been more wrong!
Terra.do does a great job of being as comprehensive as possible and covers a whole range of topics and motivations. The classes were easy to access and digest as well. They are very clear about what is mandatory and optional. Having lifetime access to resources is helpful. The best part for me was the guest lectures though and even if you join just for that it is super worth the investment - the planet will thank you for it.
Very well run and managed course
Very well run and managed course, I've learned a lot, met great people globally and now much better prepared for moving my career into a climate related role.
Best place for climate knowledge and employability
I have no regrets at all and feel SO enriched through this program. Not only was it a structured, organized, vetted, applicable and comprehensive learning platform that was flexible/worked with my schedule and learning style but it was perfectly curated with credible, engaged, accessible, and knowledgeable experts who struck a positive, yet realistic, and actionable tone on how we can all contribute to improving climate odds for generations to come.
Excellent Overview Education on Climate Action
The course struck just the perfect balance for me of education material (supported by vast amounts of reference material), engagement via labs and group sessions, and community. Highly recommended to anyone with a desire to learn more and figure out what they can do to contribute to the fight against climate change.
Great instructors, great experience
Great instructors, staff, and leadership. Very robust content with the right mix of asynchronous and synchronous learning via cohorts. The guest speakers were amazing, a huge highlight along with the community you become a part of!
Terra.do is simply invaluable
Terra.do does an excellent job of explaining the multitudes of climate change causes and their possible solutions, but also creates a safe environment for fellows to learn and explore ideas with others.
LFA Review
The Terra.do Learning for Action (LFA) program has been an incredible experience. Coming from a data engineering background, I’ve been exploring how to transition into the climate space, and this course gave me the clarity I needed. It helped me understand the climate crisis holistically, not just as an environmental issue but one deeply connected to social, economic, and political systems.
The guest talks were one of my favorite parts of the program. They offered powerful insights into the challenges we face and the solutions being implemented. These sessions left me inspired, hopeful, and determined to contribute in my own way.
The program really pushed me to think about systems-level change and the importance of equity in climate solutions. It gave me the tools, resources, and confidence to start navigating my career transition with purpose. For anyone looking to take action on climate, this program is an amazing place to start.

Surpassed my expectations - it was a 12 week journey in a cohort community, which gave me a really strong foundational knowledge, access to experts and join a strong community
Beauty and Meaning Through Connection
The connection and realization of others Learning for Action has been the most meaningful quality of this course for me. To know there are so many trying to make a difference in this world, and that makes a difference to motivate and keep moving towards progress.
Great Climate 101 Course
The Terra.do staff are so knowledgeable and caring. Their goal is that you learn climate basics and build a network to start fighting climate change in whatever capacity you can. The course touches on science, policy, finance... all while coming back to equity so that in solving climate problems we are doing more than just reducing carbon emissions.
You will love it!
I loved the LFA course at Terra.do. I am glad I chose Terra for my initial concrete steps into building a career in the Climate Action space. Kudos to the entire operations team and course designing team apart from all the team members involved for leveraging the virtual experience which is rare. Interactions and learnings didn't just involve Global perspectives but also local insights.
