I had to go back and check with the product is actually supposed to do. For me I have chronic fatigue syndrome, and it helped tremendously so I ordered it again. My skin is slowly starting to change. I think I’m on my third month. I have not noticed drastic changes in my face or my double chin. At 67 I still have some turkey skin on my arms and hands, but I believe they are getting better. Or maybe it’s because I want them to get better at any rate. This did great for me for chronic fatigue. I’m able to stay awake all day most days. So for that alone, it made it worth it.

Honestly SHOCKED at the bad reviews!! So much so that I thought maybe they are paid to sabotage this product & their efforts. I started using this 4 1/2 months ago. Got the flavored one because unflavored is apparently popular & often sold out. I expected a nasty unbalanced taste (too sweet or too green) but to my surprise it actually tastes good with just water. I personally won’t mix it with anything else. I’m very picky about (uncomplimentary) flavor overload. I began to notice slight changes after 2 1/2 weeks, but waited to review at 3 months. It’s gradual but it works. Now I have energy to do things like gardening, cooking, exercising, etc. I would recommend trying to eat a little better, too. I think it takes longer if you eat/drink lots of processed foods. Use common sense. Help it help you. Weight loss can happen safely if you do this….& it’s more sustainable as well. FYI, I had a myriad of problems due to perimenopause and it’s helped some issues. I also have hypothyroidism so the digestive support helps me as well. I love it!

I've tried it with milk and didn't feel as much, even though it tastes better that way.
