These bras are nothing like the one shown on the ad. They are cheap made almost a joke for an adult woman to wear.

I ordered these bras.. they never showed up. I called PayPal and explained that they would not issue me a refund saying I was out of luck. PAYPAL issued a full refund immediately.

I ordered these bras January 7th. It is now Feb 13th and still nothing. I had tracking info that stopped when it got to the USA. They will not refund my money. Said it was $34.98 but it was almost $50 that came out of my bank. This taught me to never ever buy something online. I hope they get theirs in the long run. Karma baby.

I have ordered the bra on sale buy 1 get 2 free for 29.99 . It taken out of my account Jan 30 and I don’t have my order yet.

I purchased their bras for the first time. They offered 3 for the price for $39.99. I read reviews, do some researched and decided to give it a try. I didn't mind that much that they took about 3 weeks to arrive, as long as I would get the products as described. Well, it turns out the products are not the quality I was expecting, zero support, they do not fit right. I immediately sent an email to return the products and requesting a refund. They would not respond. After my 4th email I finally received a reply informing me that they believe the quality is fine and that I am not allowed to return them and do not qualify for a refund. I replied quoting what the 100% guarantee on their website says and they said that their products are still good and all they could offer was a $3 refund for compensation. Unbelievable! Never buying from them again.

It there was a zero I would give them a zero. I paid $34.00 for a piece of crap!

This company is a joke.. Horrible service and no where close to sizes they describe.. They Refuse to Refund your money!! Do Not buy from this company You will regret it and be stuck with crappy products and won't get your money refunded!!

Just fyi in regards to my review January 13, a few days later I got a completely different email (not on thread of emails) stating they had refunded full amount.

2 weeks later and no they did not so don’t take for granted that happened. Watch and inquire about it.

I ordered what was supposed to be 3 for 1 bras and only received one. It took over a month to come and I ordered my regular size 38 C and this thing was way too SMALL - 7 inches too short to be exact and cup not even an A! Return shipping address is in Hong Kong and is supposed to be paid by the customer. Buyer beware!

I don’t normally order clothing unless I’m able to try them on but after seeing what seemed like a fantastic product, I caved and ordered 3 36C bras.

When they finally arrived, I found that i I’d received very pretty, cheaply made, training bras instead. The bras don’t have tags attached and came in plastic wrap with a “L”, “36”, and a “C” sticker on the outside of the package.

I emailed them asking for an exchange and was told that they wouldn’t exchange the items because I had received the size I had ordered.

They later offered me $6 compensation and said that was the maximum allowed refund. Caution: These bras are not equivalent with American sizes and you’ll be stuck with pretty garbage.

I would rate this company a big fat 0 if I could

This is a very cheaply made product! Not worth what we have to pay for them. I asked for a refund said they couldn't do that because I got what I ordered! Please read reviews before you order wish I had. I agree they don"t deserve even one star!!

I cannot give them 0 stars, that’s what they deserve. I ordered 36B and received Large. They are not made in the USA, they run very small. I wanted to exchange, was told I received the size I ordered. It’s too small…. The. I was offered $5 compensation to keep the bras. I spent over $60 for a product that I cannot wear. $5 this company is awful and does not stand by their own words! Dishonest bait and switch!

The products are horrible, no support what so ever, cups don’t even have any shape, I wish there is a ph#=to call to get refund of items!

What a terrible company! Their customer service is just like all the reviews say. Their bras don't fit at all. I had ordered 2 sizes (2XL and 3XL). The 3XL was SMALLER than the 2XL by a lot. I couldn't even clasp all 3 hooks. They bras are soft and I was excited to wear them. The bras took roughly a month to receive (even though they said they were "made in the USA", they came from CHINA. They are offering $6 which is less than the processing fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Yes, let me buy bras that you claim are "true to size" and when they don't fit, they just say give them to someone else. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased! They're all over FB, let's write reviews that can be reflected there! My experience has been the same as everyone else's, it's BS and they do not back their product.

Ordered in December and still waiting to receive my items. Don't see where it has even been shipped.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Same as all the other reviews, the bras did not fit. I contacted them for a refund but they refused because they sent out the size I ordered. I’m sure it was a robot responding or a very scripted response to say the least. They ended up compensating me with $6 usd which is nothing compared to the almost $100aud that I paid. They also refused to accept a return. I just gave up in the end.

I bought their Bra and did not fit. Even their policy says they refund if don’t fit they denied me a refund. You are not able to reach out to anyone by phone. Never buy anything from this company. I, for sure, will never again 😡😡
