Becken Anfang März 2026 bestellt. Nach 8 Wochen immer noch keine Lieferung (Lieferzeit war mit bis 3 Wochen angegeben). Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage kein Liefertermin bekommen. Becken woanders bestellt. Dank Paypal Geld zurück erhalten.

Extrem guter Kundenservice
Ich habe mir ein kleines Aquarium mit den Maßen 60 × 20 × 30 bestellt. Anfangs habe ich eines erhalten, das nicht ganz dicht war. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme lief jedoch alles unkompliziert ab: Ich habe mein Problem geschildert und direkt ein neues zugesandt bekommen. Dieses Mal war es dicht und sehr sauber verarbeitet. Zusätzlich habe ich sogar noch etwas Dekoration dazubekommen.
Daher muss ich hier alle Sterne vergeben. Ein etwas holpriger Start, aber letztendlich hat sich alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit entwickelt.
