SCAM

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK HERE

I made a booking and had an issue that was stated in the terms and conditions that I was able to change. When I contacted them about this they have taken multiple months to rely, even tho they chain to have 24 hour costumer service. They said I couldn’t change and showed me “proof” and it was just a random screenshot. They keep answering questions that aren’t relevant for my case, and being extremely rude. This ends in I will loose the money because they lie, break the law and are rude !!!!
