Professionelle Teppichreinigung

Ende Jahr haben wir zwei handgeknüpfte Gabbeh Teppiche reinigen lassen. Beide Teppiche sahen danach wie neu aus, mit dem optischen Wermutstropfen, dass sich durch die Reinigung einige Wollfasern des Teppichflors aufrichteten und dadurch sichtbar wurden.

Monate danach entschlossen wir uns Geelhar deswegen zu kontaktieren im vollen Bewusstsein, dass wir uns unverzüglich hätten melden sollen.

Herr Sunier, der Inhaber von Geelhar, erklärte sich in kulanter Weise (selbst Monate nach der Reinigung) bereit, den "Schönheitsfehler" zu beheben. Nun sind wir rundum zufrieden und empfehlen Geelhar guten Gewissens. Besonderer Dank gebührt Herr Krähenbühl für seine freundliche Art der Interaktion!
