Very unhappy
Very unhappy. They delivered our tent but not the poles, when I called to report the problem they were very indifferent about it and could not give a time line on delivery of missing poles. Made an inquiry today and they didn’t even have me in the system for delivery of missing equipment. Service department is horrible but their billing department is on top of things , my credit card was charged for a complete tent assembly

Shipping was fast but otherwise, horrible. For only 5 months old they look like crap and definitely were not taken well care of. Even with "as is" description stated looked like new. I can't even use these and ordered brand new ones from another site for cheaper. Very disappointed.
