MPC boots are very good to wear but don’t last. Less than 12 months of average use and already lace eyelets are rusted, sole coming away and upper material breaking down. Such a shame as I loved wearing the boot. I have tried to contact Tenson with no success.

Tried to reach to customer care on a jacket which showed significant wear with normal usage withing a year.

Got feedback that this was nog their fault and recommended a dry cleaner (!!)

Terrible experience, not customer focussed.

I sent an email June 26th. No answer until now (7-7-2024).

The worst experience since I can remember. I bought a jacket in the sale. It was never sent. Instead, I got one email saying they made an error in logistics. The jacket was still for sale though, until two days later they upped the price. Meanwhile I got NO mails whatsoever. So they screwed me over for price and decided to stop all communication

Good quality, and I ordered very early morning (01.!5) January the 10th and got an sms that i could pick it up the next day afternoon, maybe I am just lucky or maybe it´s because I live in Sweden, and or no Christmas rush.

The Tenson.com website and actual stock are not always updated. Hereby risking to order stuff which is not available. First when pushing for the expected shipment, you get the note about the out-of-stock. Sorry to say, but this is a waste of time and very unprofessional.

Order placed (and payed) beginning of March. After more then 3 weeks still nothing received.
Contacting Tenson several times but no action is taken.
I have received 2 different tracking numbers from DHL. The last tracking number I have received is the only tracable package. Last information tracking a week ago.

I am still waiting for the order after +3 weeks.

My advise: DO NOT ORDER AT TENSON!
