Works well and helps with my pain relief

So far, this product has exceeded my expectations!

Ordered mine over the weekend, arrived Wednesday and put in to use immediately.
The product serves its intended purpose very well and provides relief to my lower back, Glutes and Hamstrings better than S4 painkillers.

It was very easy to select the TENS to suit my needs, and I was kept informed with delivery expectations, and the delivery itself was quick. This seems to be a very efficient company to deal with.

I paid for fast delivery and it showed up as advertised. Getting it operating properly has been a bit tricky though. After reading the enclosed instructions and googling my questions, I finally got it working after just trial and much error. As I have only had 1 successful session now, it’s not possible to say yet whether it is making a difference. I kept receiving emails to do the review, so this review probably isn’t much help to anybody. I will say though that after watching videos and asking people, I expected the intensity level to be felt at low levels. However, one video I watched, the person set it to 12 immediately so I tired that, but still didn’t feel anything. I set it to 15 and finally started to feel it. My first successful treatment was at 17 but I will try higher next time to see how that goes. I bought it to help my thigh muscle get stronger after a total knee replacement. The muscle is quite atrophied from limping before surgery. Maybe that’s why I needed a higher level. Oh and I am technically overweight, so all this together probably contributed to needing a higher level to feel it. Good luck with your journey

After a lot of research, I decided on the MH8001 from TENS Machines Australia, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I originally owned a Beurer EM59, but I found the pads didn't adhere well enough and I was frustrated that I had to use four pads at a time. The MH8001 has been a significant improvement.

I've only used it a few times so far, but my first impressions have been excellent. On the first night I simply experimented with the settings until I found one that felt right. The following night I discovered the pre-programmed "Periarthritis" setting, which has worked extremely well for my shoulder pain.

The unit is straightforward to use, the power lead is a generous length (ideal for using beside the bed), and the carry case is excellent quality. The display isn't backlit, so I use my phone torch if I'm adjusting settings in a dark room, but that's only a minor inconvenience.

One of the reasons I chose TENS Machines Australia was their range of accessories. It's great to know replacement pads and accessories are readily available from an Australian supplier.

Most importantly, the pain relief has been outstanding. While I want to continue using it over the coming weeks before giving a long-term assessment, I can already say it is **100% better than my previous TENS machine**.

The service, range of products and fast delivery have all been excellent. Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend both the MH8001 and TENS Machines Australia.
