I had a great time during the 10 More In leadership program. I met amazing women, with whom I am still in contact months after the program is over.
I learned a lot about myself as well as new techniques to better communicate at work but also in the everyday life, and I felt overall more confident about myself after finishing the program.
I achieved this during my maternity leave because it was important for me to stay connected with the professional world and to keep learning while I was away from work.
I can highly recommend doing this training while your baby naps, I thought it was easier to find the time for it then rather than now that I am back at work with 2 young kids.

Overall great experience nevertheless I was class 01 and therefore kind of the guinea pig class. It wasvery well structured and led topic by topic more into detail. All topics are related and the chosen order of the topics help to discover yourself, your behavior, and your goals. I wish I would have started with coaching much earlier and now try to teach my peers on a regular base the fundamental things to work towards respectful and effective collaboration. Full recommendation if you have some time to spare and are willing to work with yourself
