Don’t order from here. They keep saying they are giving me a refund and there is no refund nor any products!!! SCAM

I started ordering from Ten$carts a couple months ago and have loved them since the first order! I'm a longtime smoker and wanted something strong and cheap to reduce spending. Now, this is the only place I buy from. Great quality and their products get the job done! Shipping times have not been a problem for me, I have not had any problems so far. If I did at this point, I would still most likely buy from this site because the first impressions were great!

I was talking to customer service about my package, all was fine but the person I was talking too had changed from "clara" to "jacob" and immediately butted in our conversation and took over without any explanation, which i didn't know they could do. "jacob" was being very unhelpful and a few messages in told me i sounded "lost" and "drunk" .. very unprofessional and rude, he then cut the conversation short without any explanation. don't bother, it's a scam and takes not only your money, but also your patience!

I like the fact this site is so easy to use. My ordering was quick and easy. Other guys offer free express shipping over 100 bucks but they don't have the vast selection tencarts does. Got my order quick and it all looks good so far. Tried a cartridge and some gummies last night. So far so good. Ill be back for sure.
Can't wait to take a few carts on vacation so I can truly relax. Hahaha

They took my money and never sent my package and when I emailed about it they blocked my email

The website is easy to use, customer service is prompt and helpful, and I'm really loving the quality!! Definitely gonna be a repeat customer!!!

DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. If I could give 0 starts I would, but unfortunately I have to give at least 1. Placed an order weeks ago. Received a notice that the supplier dropped it off at the shipping facility a few days later and now it doesn’t exist. 1 email address listed as a contact for this company comes back as non existent and undeliverable, one email address (conveniently the one the e transfers go to), my emails just go unanswered. There is a live chat option, conveniently nobody is available to chat. Don’t waste your time, and more importantly, your money.

First time purchaser.

The delivery was supose to be on Monday. Its now Wednsday. The mail has been here today. It won't be arriving today. I am not happy. Canada post told me yesterday that they dont even show the order in the system. This has been a highly stressful situation. TEN CARTS, when asked for more information... gave useless help.
I dont think I will be ordering from this company again. They have $220 dollars of mine and so far,.... no products.

Update. The product came and was correct. I am still not impressed with the quality. It makes me cough a lot more than other carts. I bought 24 carts.

Very amazing product I truly do love them. Amazing price and always get the job done.

Good variety. Very consistent. Always get orders out quick.

A third of my order was missing. I was asked to provide a video of myself opening the package which is bonkers.
I was not offered a refund. They didn't offer to ship the missing items.
They offered me a coupon for future use which is completely useless to me after a thoroughly frustrating experience.
Avoid this site. As you can see from other reviews, when any problems occur, they don't offer useful solutions.

Order was as fast. Good high quality products for a low price. Definitely recommended

I love those guy, best price good quality, good flavor. I recommend to all my friend who are tired to pay for greasy taxes and for those who province arent selling them.

Edit : I made that comment after my second order i've order last years and i received all my stuff. People just make sure you follow payment instruction properly and you'll get you're stuff.

There’s something black floating around in my 2g dispo, I got the blue dream 2g disposable, it’s pretty good, but what the hell is floating in it, and why? I can provide a picture if needed but what could it be?

It was my first order and I am very pleased with my purchase the product is clean and the hardware works till the very end. I like that it doesn't have printing and crap on the cart. I have only tried one so far looking forward to trying the rest. My order came in a reasonable amount of time.

well i order carts on oct7/25 and paid 164.94 no one has got back to me. i emailed and tried to talk to someone on the site chat. no one answers. this has really made me think twice about tencarts. they were good before , but this time around they just have completed in the order section and nothing about delivery
