We bring both common sense and expertise to find solutions that work for both landlords and tenants. Disputes can relate to rent arrears or other issues that have arisen during a tenancy. With COVID-19 affecting notice periods and court processing times, it is more important than ever for landlords and tenants to look at different ways of solving their disputes

First steps into mediation!
It was regrettable that we had to use this service for the first time, as we pride ourselves on providing a good service and fairness in our actions. This route is preferable when possible to legal action, where only solicitors win!
The lead up to the actual mediation appointment took a while. Once meeting was arranged, the mediator (Julie) we spoke with was confidence inspiring.
It was refreshing to speak with someone who was informed and effective. Thankfully all was resolved and all parties are now able to move on. We would use his service again if it should become necessary.
