I am filing a complaint regarding my experience with Temu and their failure to honor an agreed-upon resolution.
I purchased a fishing reel that arrived defective, as it was missing a critical component (the handle). After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the issue and explicitly offered me an $11 credit, which I accepted.
Despite this clear agreement, the credit was never issued. Instead, I have spent approximately 4 hours attempting to resolve an issue that had already been settled. During this time, I have received inconsistent responses, been asked to repeat information, and have not been provided with any meaningful resolution.
This is not a misunderstanding—it is a failure to honor a clearly stated and accepted agreement. Offering compensation and then failing to follow through is misleading and unacceptable.
At this point, I am requesting that Temu immediately issue the promised $11 credit and properly resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will continue escalating through all available consumer protection channels.
Consumers should be aware of this experience, as it raises serious concerns about Temu’s customer service practices and their commitment to honoring resolutions made to customers.

Very happy with items bought which I do regularly … but … the delivery is terrible.
I live in a gated community. To enter all the driver has to do is press my house number, which is on the bag containing my bought items, on the keypad at the gate entrance and I open the gate. Easy as!
But the courier Team global won’t do that.
As such I have to drive 20 kilometres to their depot, collect my package and drive 20 kilometres home.
I’ve mentioned this at their collection hub on 3 occasions as well as contacted Team global by phone.
Nothing has changed. I again have an email stating they couldn’t deliver the package so it’s off for another 40 kilometre drive I go.
Very annoying! It basically makes me not to continue with Temu and choose a similar site that doesn’t use Team global.
My advice to Temu is get up your courier or change your courier.

I have shopped with Temu for some time, always received the goods, all be it, you have to wait. Today, I was offered the opportunity to select 5 free gifts (no minimum spend. I chose my gifts and proceeded to check out, only to find there was a minimum £10 spend! I had intended to purchase a hold-all in any event so I placed that order. Upon checking my order, only the hold-all was present NO FEE GIFTS. Needless to say I cancelled that item as I do not appreciate being misled. When you try to dupe people they walk away….

My review reflects the fact that after being offered the opportunity to chose 5 free gifts with NO MINIMUM SPEND I chose them and proceeded to check out only to find I have a minimum spend of £10 to proceed. I ordered an item which exceeded £10. Checking my order history ONLY the item purchased was present NOT THE FREE GIFTS PROMISED!
This is a reiteration of what I have already said, hopefully this is now clear to you.

I am extremely disappointed with Temu's support. I received a completely defective security camera (Order #PO-208-15314571443830271). The device only works when plugged into a power source, it constantly loses Wi-Fi connection, and when shaking the camera slightly, something rattles inside. It is clearly electronic waste.
I tried to return it, but the postal service strictly refused to accept the package because it contains a built-in lithium-ion battery, which is classified as a fire hazard. For 4 days, I have been explaining this to agents Maks Petrov and Jude Li (Ticket #1777169308208097). I warned them that shipping a damaged battery is dangerous and violates international safety protocols.
Shockingly, Temu support continues to ignore these warnings and demands that I ship the hazardous item back to China just to process a refund. By doing this, Temu is encouraging customers to bypass safety regulations, which could lead to a fire at a postal warehouse or on an aircraft.
I have no issues with the other 3 items in my parcel, but for this defective camera, I demand a full refund without return due to the impossibility of safe transport. Temu's refusal to take responsibility for a faulty and dangerous product is unacceptable. Avoid this shop if you value safety and honest service.

Bizarre and unethical practices including charging credit cards / PayPal accounts without explicit and informed agreement. The ads show items that are no doubt attractive, and that’s the bait and switch. Merchandise is unrecognizable from what is shown on their site. Trash. Literally goes in the garbage because it is not only poor quality yet also is unusable.

I will never buy from Temu again. They use Evri to deliver their parcels and I have had two parcels delivered to the incorrect address with no solution from either Temu nor Evri. Very dissatisfied customer!

I ordered 3 items from Temu, but they were never delivered. Despite this, Temu marked my order as "Delivered" and is now demanding that I provide evidence that it wasn’t delivered.
This is ridiculous! The burden of proof should be on Temu to show proof of delivery, not on the customer.
Instead, they uploaded a photo of someone enjoying a Coca-Cola and a meal plate as "evidence". Absolutely unacceptable.
They continue to reject my refund requests. Is this Temu’s new scam strategy?

Terrible experience. Basically temu is the ping duoduo in China which sell "cheap" goods to poor people. This company now dumps trash goods to USA consumers. don't buy anything from them. They are deceiving and untrustable. They sell fake goods or very low quality goods by puting good picture or wrong spec. to decieve you!
Further reply to Temu's response: Stop trying to fool here anymore. I received a low-quality item and requested a return, but the seller provided a fraudulent return label. When I took it to DHL, they informed me it was actually a USPS label. When I dropped it at USPS, the package was delivered right back to my own mailbox the next day because the seller simply re-sent the original shipping label.
Despite explaining this multiple times to Temu customer service, I am repeatedly given the same scripted instruction to go back to DHL. It is clear this is a tactic to delay the process until the return window expires. This is deceptive. You must be joking me, temu!!! Be responsible! This does not end here, I will go to BBB for this case.
