Never received the item seller shipped to Texas. I live in NY. The scammer seller disappeared, deleted his/her account after I paid!!! Contacted Temu.com right after the order shipped, notifying them that something was not right, that my package was headed to Texas, and that the seller had already deleted their seller page. Temu.com couldn't have cared less, gave me a robot response of how shipping works that was even wrong!!! I had to go through PalPal after fighting for hours with Temu.com to get a partial refund because they refused to give me any refund. Thankfully, most of it was paid with my PayPal; the rest was credits in my account from the last time they ripped me off. NOTE: To anyone reading this, NEVER EVER take store credits. UPDATE REPLY TO TEMU RESPONSE: I've contacted your customer service team at least 8 times in the last 3 days through Temu.com or the Temu app live chat, so any other BS robot response you want to give to why you stole my money and won't give it back?

Temu took 140 dollars out of my bank acc. For something i had in my cart woke up next day to a email about it being shipped on a Sat. 10pm on Sunday 9.am i got email they they made the order for me took the 140 out of my bank and said it shiped we all know that didnt happen i took my banking card off going for a legal why to get justis i would tell all do not store your banking imformoin on there site they told me they cant refund becuse it shiped thats a flat out lie never agin will i use that com. I did check my self UPS hadn't left building in Miami
They got me site flashed 150$ tospend you have won this just go shopping some of the stuff is good i got a jbl speaker 140all together 149. I ordered from Temu to Ibadan, Nigeria. Delivery was assigned to TGG/GIG Logistics, Tracking TGG 30349655643.
*What happened:*
- Rider called at 10PM demanding I meet him “some KMs” from home. I refused for safety. He threatened to return my goods to China.
- No delivery was attempted at my address. TGG falsely marked “Delivery Unsuccessful.”
- Customer service gave conflicting hub locations: Molete vs Ijokodo. No resolution for 8+ days.
- Package returned to Temu without my consent. I only got my N42,135 refund after filing *FCCPC Nigeria Case OY00880* for harassment + service failure.
*Impact:* Severe anxiety for me and my kids. The items were for them.
*Temu:* You’re liable for your partners. TGG/GIG Logistics harass female customers, falsify records, and ignore complaints. I won’t order again until you remove TGG from Ibadan and use safe, verified daytime couriers.
No woman should need a government agency to get her money back. Do better.

27 April2026, Temu’s response is the same blanket generic response they Always use, WITHOUT any resolution. Wish I could incorporate a picture for you as I did to Temu Customer Service, I ordered a fragrance from one of Temu’s Sellers, Lumiere Parfumes (PO-211-09555622861433045) beautiful fragrance but when I received it, nearly the entire contents leaked out…I asked for a reshipment and got an email saying they are waiting for the merchant to Verify? The PO number IS verification of the sale so at that I asked for a refund today after the email putting me off, again I am told Temu Customer Service is waiting for the merchant Lumiere Parfume to Verify whatever there is to be verified, when all I want is a reshipped fragrance or my money back. I don’t know how Temu can afford to operate like this and this review is another issue for them to deal with after indicating I’m lying after sending them pictures.

Temu is holding 3,200 SEK of my money for over 3 months now! I have made a legal return and provided all shipping receipts, but they simply refuse to refund me. I have opened more than 20 support tickets, and I only get robotic, useless responses.
To make it worse, they have now BLOCKED my account so I cannot access my data or balance. My original bank account is closed, and they are using this as an excuse to keep my 3,200 SEK. This is pure theft and a total scam.
I have already contacted my legal advisors and I am filing a formal complaint with Konsument Europa and Konsumentverket. I will not stop until I get my 3,200 SEK back. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!"
UPDATE:
"Temu's response is just a generic automated reply. I have already contacted your live chat more than 20 times with NO RESULT. My account is STILL blocked and my 3,200 SEK is still missing. DO NOT tell me to use the chat again. I need a senior manager to contact me and process a manual refund to a different account since my old bank is closed. Stop wasting my time or I will proceed with the legal complaint today."

"The link you provided in your response is a LIE. It just takes me back to the same automated robot chat that has failed to help me for 3 months! My account is still blocked, and you are still holding my 3,200 SEK. I have already contacted Konsument Europa to intervene. Stop the automated replies and give me my money back!"

This site is scam. Two of my orders arrived. The glasses leads were to small for my head and the book I bought was pure rubbish quality. They don't have proper returns policy and depend on people not returning very poor quality goods.

Shipped wrong items and even customer service is very bad. But my issue here is not about refund. Finally, I did not get the item that I wanted to buy and even I if I wish to order again I will not get my shipping free because Temu has a minimum order amount for a free shipping.

Eventhough I've spent several thousands of pounds with them their customer service is non existent. The parcel wrapping they use is NOT robust enough for international travel to the UK! Especially when the bags are filled to bursting point to avoid extra postage charges ie: multiple rolls of 10m wallpaper stuffed into one bag with several other items whereupon such tension the bag bursts during several thousand miles of transit to the UK!
Nearly every parcel I've received had damaged and/or missing items and had been resealed during transit!! Even when the couriers photographic evidence shows the re-taped packaging, I could still not get refunds for hundreds of missing items over the course of my time with them! Their comment was "the warehouse confirms that items were packed as ordered" completely disregarding the fact that parcels break, or are broken into, during the international journey to the UK
So, I AM DONE, I have had enough of being cheated !!!
Once all my returns are made I'll be closing my account....
I'm sure Shein & Amazon will be more than grateful for my custom!!!!

Fraudulent consumer practices by Temu and all are not of good quality. Products are at full prices. Temu's service is lacking. The site tricks the buyer customer into thinking it's getting a deal yet misleading the customer to buy more items to get a deal. They ship very late at least 30-60 days. Products don't arrive or shipped very late. The Justice Department should look into their fraudulent practices.

I ordered 2 different personalised items and on the smallest value item the name was spelt wrongly. When I tried to get a refund I was told that I would have to send the item back and once it had been inspected I would get a refund. This inspection was even though I had send pictures of the items clearly demonstrating the error. In addition as the mistake was on the lowest cost part of the order even if I wanted to reorder I would have to buy another item or four of the original, which I don't need, before the would send them. They make the customers pay even if it's their mistake.

Not a good buying experience. My package was delivered to a wrong address location. I double checked the address stated on my original purchase order and saw that it is correct. The items are substandard and of poor quality. Will not do business with this company ever again!

I have been asking and wasting so much time and they keep saying we will look into it only to tell me they don’t see a problem. They obviously delivered to the wrong address. It’s. It even the same number as my house. The people living there say they haven’t seen the parcel. I sent pictures showing it’s not the same house and Temu keep saying it is the right address. How??? I’ve had few bad experiences with this company recently. On multiple occasions, the orders were incorrect. For example, I ordered two laptop stands but only received one.
On top of that, customer service hasn’t been knowledgeable enough to properly resolve the issue. While there is a 30-day return policy, in my case I have to travel some distance to return items, which ends up costing me additional time and money.
This has happened more than once, which makes it feel risky to keep purchasing from them. I hope they improve their quality control and put better policies in place to handle situations like this.
