Ordered one thing, received another.
I ordered the "Temporary Tooth Double Kit" from TempTooth, but instead received a single pack of a different product — the green-colored pack, which appears to contain about 1.5× more material than the regular kit we ordered, rather than the double kit I paid for. I can see this green-colored pack on Amazon, but not on TempTooth's own online store.
I contacted customer support. They offered either to send the missing pack or refund it. I chose to have the missing pack sent. They did send another package, but it turned out to be another copy of the same product I had received the first time, rather than the exact double kit I had originally ordered and specifically described in my complaint email.
So in the end, the matter is resolved, but with extra time and frustration. We intentionally did not open the first pack (and informed TempTooth of that) because we didn’t want to commit to using it until the issue was fully resolved. As a result, our use of the product was delayed by more than a week.
Sharing my experience so other buyers can be aware.
