DO NOT BUY from this scam company!
If you buy from this company you will get the exact opposite of what you wanted. Some hacked up, undersized, not as described or pictured item. This company doesn’t care if you want to return. Once they take the payment, you’ll receive them over a month later in which it’s too late to return because the policy states no returns after 30 days. If I could leave negative stars, it still wouldn’t satisfy the waste of time & money for this bad idea. I didn’t read the reviews prior to making the purchase. Don’t make that mistake!

Just like all the rest. I wish I had checked this before purchasing. Legging sewing unravelling upon arrival, and so small my size 0 body could not even get the size Small pants halfway up my legs. Absolute crap and a total runaround from customer service, barely answering my questions, avoiding my questions really. A total scam. Stay away!

I had the same experience as everyone else, ordered the fluffy leggings and got something that was nothing like the pictures. Absolute garbage in every way. Unable to return without shipping it back to GUANGDOG China which costs more than the original purchase. They have this scam well polished! Temptlife, Hibernal Co. Ltd, whatever they want to call themselves, are dishonest scam artists. Do not fall for this like I did!

If I could put a zero I would, but I can't. This company is a big scam! I DID NOT get what I ordered. Not fluffy or fuzzy on the inside. Cheaply made. I wish I saw these reviews before because this product is TOTAL BULLCRAP!!!

All warnings on this site are true and accurate. COMPLETE SCAM. There are no cashmere linings, just industrial grade fabric. It too a month to deliver, sizing is way off (mediums like X smalls), stitching is horrible.

I am trying to get my money back and getting the run around. VERY UPSET. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

NOTHING like the cute, cozy, fluffy leggings they show on Instagram. The sizing is horribly off, the small will only fit an actual twig from a teensy tree. I bought 2, for about $60.00 and have been offered $5. refund, then the 2nd email from Customer Service offered me $6.
STAY AWAY. SCAM FRAUD

Bought 6 fleece-lined leggings from this company. Not one of them fit the person even though the sizes were correct. Tried to return and was directed to return items "TO CHINA". Would have cost me more to return then to purchase. Terrible customer service and terrible return policy. Do not buy from this company!

Where do I begin!? I found these on FB (being advertised) and decided to buy a pair for my girlfriend for Christmas. Checking the sizing chart, Ordered one size bigger than what she usually is just to be safe. That was on December 8th, expecting the product to easily make it before The holiday. They BARELY SHOWED UP 2 days ago on the 11th of January! Over a month to be delivered.
When they showed up, I gave them to my gf. When she opened them up, the quality of the product is not what they advertised. Cheap polyester and definitely not Cashmere (and not fuzzy at all! When she tried them on, she said they didn’t even come close to fitting.

After that, I emailed them to let them know the sizing chart is way off and we’d like a refund. They replied saying,
“We are so sorry for this case.
But we did send the correct size you ordered, so it won't be supported to return or exchange.
Thanks for your understanding.”

That’s ridiculous! Especially with their “100% money back guarantee” BS.
In short, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE, total SCAM.

What a scam! These leggings are nothing like described! They are SO SMALL.... I followed the sizing chart, but I could barely get my legs into them, and the crotch was at my knees. The Adult Medium MIGHT fit a small child. But they're not soft, and the company sucks! Tried twice to return them, and the response was "our policy doesn't allow returns or exchanges". I am disputing with my credit card company now. But stay away from this company! I wish I had looked up reviews before I purchased them. NEVER again!

Please listen to the 99% of emails regarding this company. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of product. The leggings I received are completely unwearable.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!The size small woman's is so small my tiny wife could not even get them on . I tried to exchange for a larger size. This scam company has no idea about customer service. They pretty much said I ordered the wrong size and now I can not exchange brand new in package clothing ... not how we do business in America. If I would have known the company was Chinese from the start I never would have ordered . HORRIBLE COMPANY SCAMMM SCAMMM SCAMMM!!!!! IF THERE WAS NEGATIVE STARS ID GIVE 100 NEGATIVE STARS

I would give zero if possible. The product was of much lesser quality than advertised. The small was like a child size, and when I attempted to exchange, I was told they not support an exchange or a refund as they sent the size that was requested. This was after waiting two months for the product to arrive. No websites should advertise this company.

Bad customer service. This is not 100% satisfaction guarantee. Pants run small there not soft. Stay away from this site.

Sizing and material not even close and they refused to exchange or refund. Length of pants were 13 inches shorter than size chart!!!!!

Should have checked before ordering. YES this is a scam. I should have known better!!

UPDATE: actually received the order, took two months. Size is way smaller then advert. They seem to be small company but trying????

Terrible! They finally came after 2 months and they were two small. No stretch. My 4 foot daughter couldn’t even wear them and they won’t exchange or refund because “they sent me what I ordered”. They had no curve to them so no woman could ever wear these! Do not order anything from them!!!!
