Purchased bar bag in 2024 and used throughout the year. It's 2L capacity is great for shorter rides and access even when riding is comfortable. A great bag. Over the winter I lost a strap but Luke and customer service team were amazing in supplying a replacement. Thanks all!!
Ordered my Backpack, from Temple. The Bag got held up in customs here in Spain for a number of weeks. Luke at Temple UK was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation, to the point of shipping a second bag, and prepaying customs fee. End result ….. both bags turned up together with Luke saying “keep them both for the price of one!”
